A:
Please order by contacting me via email. Tell me which bear you're
interested in, and I will calculate shipping for your location and send
you information about my sales policies.
Q: How can I pay for a bear?
A:
If you decide to adopt a bear, I will request payment from you via
PayPal. They will send you an email with the payment request and
instructions (You don't need a PayPal account). I will ship your bear
as soon as the payment has cleared.
Q: Can I commission a special bear?
A:
Yes. If you like a bear that you see on the website, I may be able to
make a similar bear for you. In many cases, adjustments can be made to
the size, color, or fabric type to suit your taste.
Q: Are your bears suitable for young children?
A: No,
they're not. Since the bears are made with traditional materials such
as glass eyes, cotter pin or nut-and-bolt jointing, and
non-flame-retardant stuffing, they are collector's items and are not
meant for children under the age of 12.
Q: When will new bears be available?
A:
Since these bears take time to make, there may not always be bears
available for adoption. If you would like to be on my mailing list,
please contact me and I will notify you when new bears are added to the
site.
